Create a Login

It may take up to 30-45 minutes to complete the survey. We ask that you create a login so that you may return to the survey later if for any reason you need to stop midway through. There are two options: create an anonymous login, or use your email address to login. If you use your email address, we will be able to send you a reminder of your password. If you prefer to remain anonymous, we will not be able to remind you if you forget your password. If you need to return to the survey later, you can visit hal.ccnysites.cuny.edu, return to this page, and select the same option you chose the first time.
